Making a Claim
If you have purchased a Free2Travel policy and need to make a claim you can contact 020 8667 2461 or submit an online form here.
If you have purchased a Clear4Insurance, Fit2Travel or Direct2Travel policy, please check your documents.

If you have a complaint we ask that you contact our office setting out the details.
